Review by hotel critic
Nestled along the banks of the River Suir, the Waterford Marina Hotel was the perfect Easter getaway, combining breathtaking views with a homey vibe. Our spacious river-view room was clean and tastefully decorated, making it a cozy retreat after days of exploring Waterford with the family. I absolutely loved starting each morning by gazing at the canoes gliding by while enjoying the fantastic breakfast buffet-definitely a highlight! The Waterfront Bar was an inviting space where the staff genuinely made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed some lovely evenings unwinding on their riverside terrace. Plus, the short stroll into the town centre meant we could easily soak in all the local charm. I can't recommend this hotel enough; it hit all the right notes for comfort, location, and warmth-ideal for anyone looking for a base to explore the beauty of Waterford!
